How did you first come to yoga, & what was that experience like?
My wife wanted to try it, & dragged me along. (Fortunately, I took to it right away.)
What is your favorite experience of Yoga?
Finishing yoga teacher training. It was the hardest thing I've ever done since grad school.
A piece of Yogic Philosophy that's special to you?
Taoist Saying: "Who can clear muddy water? But leave it alone, and it will clear of its own accord." It's true.
Why do you teach?
To give something in service after retirement.
